1. Unique Handmade Characteristics
Every single squishy is 100% hand-poured, trimmed, and painted by our artisans. Due to this entirely handmade process, minor imperfections such as tiny micro-bubbles, slight mold lines, or slight color variations may exist. These are normal marks of handmade crafts and are not considered quality defects.

2. Initial Material Scent
Our squishies are made from safe, non-toxic silicone/TPR materials. You might notice a faint material scent when first opening the package. Simply leave the squishy in a cool, well-ventilated area for 1-2 days, and the scent will naturally dissipate.

3. Blind Box & Mystery Items Policy
For products like Advent Calendars or Mystery Boxes, all items are distributed randomly. To maintain the surprise element and fairness, blind box products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once opened, unless there is a severe manufacturing defect (e.g., structural tears upon arrival).

4. Texture & Stickiness
To achieve that ultimate ultra-soft and marshmallow-like texture, some squishies may become slightly tacky after extended play or washing. A quick, light dusting of baby powder, translucent setting powder, or cornstarch will instantly restore their smooth, velvety feel.

1. Gentle Play
To prolong the life of your squishy, please interact with it gently. Avoid using sharp objects (such as long fingernails or rings) and refrain from extreme stretching or twisting, which may cause irreversible structural tears.

2. Cleaning Instructions
If your squishy gets dusty or dirty, wash it gently with cold water and mild soap. Do not use alcohol, wipes containing alcohol, or harsh chemicals, as they will damage the surface and paint. Let it air dry or gently pat it dry with a lint-free towel.

3. Restoring the Smooth Texture
It is completely normal for the squishy to become very sticky after washing. Once it is completely dry, simply dust it evenly with a light layer of baby powder, translucent setting powder, or cornstarch to instantly restore its velvety, marshmallow-like feel.

4. Storage & Storage
Store your squishy in a cool, dry place. Keep it away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and moisture to prevent the material from degrading or the colors from fading. Please handle small 3D decorative parts with extra care to prevent them from detaching.

1. Processing & Shipping Time
Please note that our handmade squishies require time for careful preparation and quality checks. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your destination country, local courier efficiency, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or peak seasons).

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For all international cross-border orders, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees that may be levied by the destination country. We cannot predict or control these charges, and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

3. Returns & After-Sales Policy
Due to the unique handmade nature of our squishies and the surprise element of our blind box products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is important to us! If your order arrives severely damaged (e.g., major structural tears right out of the box) or if you received the wrong item, please contact our customer support with clear unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a proper solution.

1. Choking Hazard & Small Parts
Not suitable for children under 3 years old. Our handmade squishies may contain small decorative pieces (e.g., beads, 3D toppings, or charms) that pose a choking hazard. This product is designed as a collectible sensory toy, recommended for ages 14 and up. Adult supervision is required if handled by younger children.

2. DO NOT EAT (Strictly Non-Edible)
Although our squishies may look incredibly realistic (like real baked goods or sweets) and sometimes feature sweet scents, they are strictly NOT edible. Please keep them away from infants and toddlers to prevent any risk of accidental ingestion.

3. Pet Safety Warning
Keep out of reach of household pets. Cats and dogs may be attracted to the soft texture and chew on the squishies. Ingestion of silicone or TPR materials can cause severe harm to your pets.

4. Material & Allergy Information
Made from safe, non-toxic TPR/silicone materials. We recommend dusting them with baby powder or cornstarch to maintain their texture. If you have known allergies to silicone, latex, or cosmetic powders, please handle with care and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
