Processing Time: 4–7 business days after payment. Since so many of our products are carefully handmade, we really appreciate your patience while we get everything ready for you.

A Note on Quality & Processing Delays Because we refuse to compromise on the quality of our textures, there are rare moments when a key material might run low or go out of stock. Additionally, during periods of sudden high order volume, extra care is needed to ensure every slime meets our standards. In either case, processing time may extend to 8–12 business days. We truly believe that waiting a few extra days for a perfect, high-quality product is worth it — we'll always put quality and service first to make sure you get the best experience possible.

Tracking Your Order Once you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email right away. As soon as our courier updates the status, we'll send over another email with your tracking number. You can follow your package's journey anytime via email or right here on our website.
