Our squishies are made from safe, non-toxic silicone/TPR materials. You might notice a faint material scent when first opening the package. Simply leave the squishy in a cool, well-ventilated area for 1-2 days, and the scent will naturally dissipate.

For products like Advent Calendars or Mystery Boxes, all items are distributed randomly. To maintain the surprise element and fairness, blind box products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once opened, unless there is a severe manufacturing defect (e.g., structural tears upon arrival).

4. Texture & Stickiness
To achieve that ultimate ultra-soft and marshmallow-like texture, some squishies may become slightly tacky after extended play or washing. A quick, light dusting of baby powder, translucent setting powder, or cornstarch will instantly restore their smooth, velvety feel.

To prolong the life of your squishy, please interact with it gently. Avoid using sharp objects (such as long fingernails or rings) and refrain from extreme stretching or twisting, which may cause irreversible structural tears.

2. Cleaning Instructions
If your squishy gets dusty or dirty, wash it gently with cold water and mild soap. Do not use alcohol, wipes containing alcohol, or harsh chemicals, as they will damage the surface and paint. Let it air dry or gently pat it dry with a lint-free towel.

3. Restoring the Smooth Texture
It is completely normal for the squishy to become very sticky after washing. Once it is completely dry, simply dust it evenly with a light layer of baby powder, translucent setting powder, or cornstarch to instantly restore its velvety, marshmallow-like feel.

Store your squishy in a cool, dry place. Keep it away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and moisture to prevent the material from degrading or the colors from fading. Please handle small 3D decorative parts with extra care to prevent them from detaching.

For all international cross-border orders, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees that may be levied by the destination country. We cannot predict or control these charges, and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Due to the unique handmade nature of our squishies and the surprise element of our blind box products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind.
